- Hex wrench

- New stereo head unit (choose a unit that fits the DIN size and connector type of your vehicle)
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the Battery:
Ensure the vehicle's battery is disconnected to prevent any electrical damage during the stereo installation process.
2. Remove the Trim Panel:
Use a hex wrench to remove the two hex screws located at the bottom of the stereo trim panel.
Use the pry tool to carefully pry the trim panel loose and remove it, being cautious not to damage the panel.
3. Remove the Stereo Housing:
Unscrew the four Phillips screws exposed after removing the trim panel and lift out the stereo housing to reveal the factory-installed stereo.
4. Disconnect the Wiring:
Locate the wiring connectors at the back of the factory stereo and carefully disconnect them.
Take note of the positions and colors of the connectors to help with the reinstallation of the new stereo.
5. Remove the Old Stereo:
With the wiring disconnected, remove the screws holding the stereo to the dashboard, and carefully slide out the old stereo.
6. Connect the New Stereo:
Connect the wiring harnesses of the new stereo to the corresponding connectors in the dashboard.
Ensure that the connections are secure and match the color codes.
7. Secure the New Stereo:
Slide the new stereo back into the dashboard and secure it using the provided mounting brackets and screws.
8. Test the Stereo:
Reconnect the battery and turn on the ignition. Check if the new stereo is functioning properly.
9. Reinstall the Stereo Housing and Trim Panel:
Replace the stereo housing and secure it with the removed screws.
Snap the trim panel back into place and secure it with the hex screws.
