1. Driver's side door jamb: Look for a metal plate attached to the door jamb area when the driver's door is fully opened. The VIN should be prominently stamped or engraved on this plate.
2. Dashboard: Open the driver's side door and look at the lower left corner of the windshield. You may find a VIN sticker there.
3. Engine compartment: The VIN may also be found on a metal plate or sticker located in the engine compartment. Depending on the model, it can be near the firewall, radiator support, or engine block.
4. Spare tire well: Lift the trunk/boot of your Mercedes and inspect the spare tire area. The VIN may be present on a sticker inside the spare tire well.
