How do you change headlights on a 2002 Jaguar X type?

To change the headlights on a 2002 Jaguar X-Type, you will need:

1. Open the bonnet.

2. Remove the battery cover and the battery.

3. On the inner side of the headlight casing, there is a rubber bung. Remove the bung and reach in to unclip the securing brackets.

4. Withdraw the securing bracket and remove the cover.

5. Remove the bulb by turning it counterclockwise.

6. Insert the new bulb and turn clockwise to secure it.

7. Replace the cover, reconnect the securing bracket, and replace the rubber bung.

8. Repeat for the other side or side that need replacing.

9. Replace the battery and the battery cover.
