How Ferrari became part of Fiat?

Ferrari did not become part of Fiat. It became part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in 2014, when FCA was formed through the merger of Fiat and Chrysler. In 2021, FCA merged with Peugeot S.A. (PSA) to form Stellantis, of which Ferrari remains a majority-owned subsidiary.
