1. Open the Hood: Pull the hood release lever inside your vehicle and lift the hood. Use the prop rod to keep it open.
2. Locate the Headlight Assembly: On each side of the engine bay, you will find the headlight assembly, which houses both the high beam and low beam headlights.
3. Remove the Protective Cap: On the back of the headlight assembly, you will see a protective cap. This cap can be removed by turning it counterclockwise until it comes off.
4. Access the Low Beam Bulb: Once the cap is removed, you will see the back of the low beam bulb. The bulb is held in place by a spring-type retainer.
5. Remove the Low Beam Bulb: To remove the low beam bulb, gently push the retainer to the side and release the bulb from the assembly.
6. Replace the Low Beam Bulb: Take the new low beam bulb and align it with the socket. Gently push and rotate the bulb until it locks in place.
7. Reattach the Retainer: Once the bulb is securely seated, reattach the spring-type retainer by pushing it back into place.
8. Replace the Protective Cap: Place the protective cap back onto the headlight assembly and rotate it clockwise until it is secure.
9. Repeat for the Other Headlight: If you need to replace the low beam headlight on the other side of the vehicle, follow the same steps.
10. Close the Hood: After replacing both low beam headlights, close the hood and ensure it is securely latched.

- Make sure the engine is off and cool before you begin working on the headlights.
- If you are replacing both low beams at the same time, replace one at a time to avoid any confusion or incorrect installation.
- Handle the new bulbs carefully, as touching the glass with your fingers can cause oily fingerprints that may affect the bulb's lifespan.
- Dispose of the old bulbs responsibly, as they contain mercury and should not be thrown away with regular household trash.
