1. Park the car on a flat surface about 25 feet (8 meters) away from a wall or vertical surface.
2. Turn on the headlights and ensure they are both turned on.
3. Open the hood of the car.
4. Locate the two adjustment screws on the headlight assembly. On the Accord, these are located on the back of the headlight assembly. There will be one screw for vertical adjustment and one screw for horizontal adjustment.
5. Use a screwdriver to turn the vertical adjustment screw clockwise (out) or counterclockwise (in) to raise or lower the beam.
6. Use the horizontal adjustment screw to move the beam left or right.
7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for the other headlight.
8. Once both headlights are adjusted, close the hood of the car.

* Make sure the car is on a level surface and the parking brake is engaged.
* Use a tape measure to ensure the car is the same distance from the wall or vertical surface for each headlight adjustment.
