Tools and Materials:
- Replacement tail light assembly
- Phillips-head screwdriver
- Flat-head screwdriver
- Socket wrench set
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the battery.
_This will prevent accidental electrical shocks._
2. Remove the old tail light assembly.
**_There are likely 4 screws located around the assembly that hold it in place.
- Remove the screws and the assembly will come right off.
- Disconnect the electrical connector._**
3. Install the new tail light assembly
**_Plug in the electrical connector.
- Place the assembly back into place and secure it with the screws you removed earlier.
-Tighten the screws securely._**
4. Test the new tail light.
**_Reconnect the car battery.
- Turn on your headlights and brake lights to make sure the new tail light is working properly.
- If it is not working properly, check the electrical connection and make sure the bulb is properly seated._**
That is it! Your new tail light assembly should now be properly installed on your 1989-2002 Isuzu Rodeo or Honda Passport.
