Park the car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
Disconnect the battery to avoid any electrical accidents.
Open the hood and remove the bolts holding the dashboard in place.
Remove the screws that hold the dashboard to the steering column and remove the dashboard.
Remove the knobs, switches, and other components from the dashboard.
Remove the wiring that connects the dashboard to the rest of the vehicle.
Once the dashboard is completely disconnected, carefully remove it from the vehicle.
Note: Be sure to take note of the location of all screws, bolts, and wiring before removing the dashboard. This will make it easier to reassemble the dashboard when you're finished.
