To change the 1988 Chevy Celebrity dashboard light bulbs, follow these steps:

1. Turn off the ignition and allow the car to cool down completely.

2. Open the driver's side door and remove the instrument panel bezel by pulling it gently towards you. The instrument panel bezel is located around the speedometer, tachometer, and fuel gauge.

3. Locate the light bulbs behind the instrument panel. There are four light bulbs in total, two for the speedometer and two for the tachometer.

4. Turn the light bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it.

5. Remove the old light bulb from the socket.

6. Insert the new light bulb into the socket.

7. Turn the light bulb socket clockwise to secure it in place.

8. Repeat steps 4-7 to replace the other light bulbs.

9. Reinstall the instrument panel bezel.

10. Turn on the ignition to test the new light bulbs.
