Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
Remove the left air cleaner outlet duct (passenger side). Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement in this section.
Remove the ambient temperature sensor mounting screw (located in the right side of the air inlet duct below the right headlamp assembly).
Disconnect the ambient temperature sensor electrical connector.
Locate and disconnect the ambient temperature sensor from the air inlet duct.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
