2. Remove the center console. There are four screws that hold the center console in place. Remove these screws and then lift the center console out of the vehicle.
3. Remove the stereo faceplate. There are two screws that hold the stereo faceplate in place. Remove these screws and then pull the stereo faceplate off.
4. Remove the stereo mounting brackets. There are four screws that hold the stereo mounting brackets in place. Remove these screws and then remove the stereo mounting brackets.
5. Disconnect the stereo wiring. There are several wiring harnesses that connect the stereo to the vehicle's electrical system. Disconnect these wiring harnesses by pressing the release tabs on the connectors.
6. Remove the stereo from the vehicle. Once the stereo wiring is disconnected, you can remove the stereo from the vehicle by lifting it out.
