* Check all doors: Make absolutely sure all doors and the tailgate are completely closed. Sometimes a door might seem closed but isn't latched properly.
* Check the hood: Ensure the hood is securely latched.
* Check the seatbelts: Make sure all seatbelts are fastened for occupied seats. The chime will sound if a seatbelt isn't fastened in a seat that has weight on it.
If the chime is still sounding after you've checked all of the above, there might be a problem with one of the door switches, the body control module (BCM), or a wiring issue. In this case, you'll likely need to take your Silverado to a mechanic or an auto electrician to diagnose and repair the problem. They have the tools to properly identify the fault. Trying to disable the chime yourself without knowing the cause could lead to safety hazards (e.g., not knowing if a door is actually open).
