How do you remove the tailgate on your 1997 Chevy S-10?

To remove the tailgate on your 1997 Chevy S-10, you will need the following tools:

- Flathead screwdriver

- Socket set

- Ratchet

Instructions:

1. Open the tailgate and locate the two screws on the inside of the gate, near the top.

2. Use the flathead screwdriver to remove these screws.

3. Locate the two bolts on the outside of the tailgate, near the bottom.

4. Use the socket set and ratchet to remove these bolts.

5. Once the bolts and screws are removed, the tailgate can be lifted off the truck.

Note: Be sure to support the tailgate when removing it, as it is heavy.
