- Disconnect the negative terminal of your car battery to prevent any electrical accidents during the process.
2. Remove Door Panel:
- Locate the door panel retainer screws, usually hidden behind plastic covers or trim pieces.
- Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws.
- Gently pry off the door panel, starting from the bottom corner, using the trim removal tool (or a flat-head screwdriver wrapped in a cloth) to avoid damage.
3. Locate Existing Speaker:
- Once the door panel is removed, you should be able to see the speaker. It is typically mounted in a circular opening in the door.
4. Disconnect Speaker Wires:
- Disconnect the speaker wires from the speaker terminals. Make note of which wire goes to the positive terminal and which one goes to the negative terminal.
5. Remove Old Speaker:
