How do you reset the ECU without a scanner for dodge neon srt-4?

1. Disconnect the battery. Locate the negative terminal of the battery and loosen it using the wrench. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery and set it aside.

2. Wait 30 minutes. This will allow the ECU to completely power down and reset.

3. Reconnect the battery. Reconnect the negative cable to the battery and tighten it with the wrench.

4. Start the car and let it idle for 5 minutes. This will allow the ECU to relearn its settings.

5. Now the ECU has been reset.
