Fuel system: Inspect the fuel pump, filter, injectors and fuel lines. Make sure the fuel pump is working properly and the fuel filter is not clogged. Check the injectors for any leaks or blockages, and ensure that fuel is flowing smoothly through the fuel lines.
Fuel supply: Ensure the tank contains sufficient fuel.
Fuel pressure: Ensure fuel pressure is within specifications.
Ignition system: Examine components like the ignition coil, distributor, spark plugs and spark plug wires. Ensure they are all functioning properly and the spark plugs are not fouled or worn out.
Fuel Pressure Regulator: Test fuel pressure regulator to make sure it is maintaining proper fuel pressure.
Engine Control Module (ECM): Have the ECM diagnosed to ensure there are no software or hardware issues preventing proper starting.
Vacuum leaks: Check all hoses and lines for vacuum leaks that may interfere with air-fuel mixture.
