- Intake valve: 0.010 in. (0.25 mm)
- Exhaust valve: 0.012 in. (0.30 mm)
Adjusting Yamaha Grizzly Valves
1. Loosen the locknut on the rocker arm and turn the adjusting screw until the valve is at 0.004 in. (0.10 mm) clearance.
2. Recheck the clearance for the valve and ensure it’s within specifications.
3. Tighten the locknut while maintaining position on the adjusting screw.
4. Repeat the procedure on the remaining valve.
