- Basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
- Engine rebuilding kit (includes pistons, rings, gaskets, etc.)
- New spark plug
- New air filter
- New fuel filter
- New oil filter
- New brake pads

Step 2: Remove the engine
1. Drain the oil and coolant from the engine.
2. Disconnect the fuel line and electrical connectors from the engine.
3. Remove the exhaust pipe from the engine.
4. Remove the engine mounts and lift the engine out of the frame.
Step 3: Disassemble the engine
1. Split the crankcases and remove the piston and cylinder assemblies.
2. Remove the camshaft, timing chain, and oil pump.
3. Inspect all parts for wear or damage.
Step 4: Rebuild the engine
1. Install new pistons, rings, and gaskets in the cylinder assemblies.
2. Reinstall the camshaft, timing chain, and oil pump.
3. Reinstall the cylinder head and tighten the head bolts to the specified torque.
Step 5: Reinstall the engine
1. Place the engine back into the frame and install the engine mounts.
2. Reconnect the fuel line, electrical connectors, and exhaust pipe.
3. Refill the engine with oil and coolant.
Step 6: Test the engine
1. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.
2. Check for leaks or any abnormal noises.
3. Take the motorcycle for a test ride and make sure everything is working properly.
