1. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position, but do not start the engine.
2.Press and hold the brake pedal down.
3. Turn the key to the "OFF" position, and release the brake pedal.
4. Wait 10 seconds, then press and hold the brake pedal down again.
5. Turn the key to the "ON" position, then release the brake pedal.
6.Repeat steps 4-5 a total of three times.
7. Start the engine and let it idle for at least 30 seconds.
8. Turn off the engine and ensure that the brake pedal is hard. If it is not, repeat the process.
