Flexible Service System (FSS):
FSS is a system that calculates remaining oil life based on driving conditions. Under ideal driving conditions, oil changes may be required every 15,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first. However, if the driving conditions are severe (such as frequent short trips, or driving in dusty or congested areas), oil changes may be required more frequently.
Fixed Service Intervals:
If FSS is not available or not used, oil changes should be performed every 10,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first.
