To fix a broken fuel door on a 2002 Volvo V70, you will need the following tools and materials:

- Flathead screwdriver

- Phillips head screwdriver

- Socket wrench set

- New fuel door assembly

- Gasket sealant

1. Open the fuel door.

2. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the plastic cover off the fuel door release lever.

3. Remove the two screws that hold the fuel door release lever in place.

4. Pull the fuel door release lever out of its housing.

5. Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts that hold the fuel door in place.

6. Remove the old fuel door from the vehicle.

7. Apply a bead of gasket sealant around the perimeter of the new fuel door.

8. Insert the new fuel door into the opening in the vehicle.
