1. Pull up the parking brake.
2. Remove the lower cover.
3. Insert 2 iron bars (diameter: approx. 13 mm) with a length corresponding to the track pitch into the holes so provided on the sprocket teeth.
4. Slacken the track adjusting bolt nut and the two track idler adjusting bolts.
5. Lower the machine till it is almost sitting on the iron bars.
6. Remove the nuts securing the brake disc.
7. Remove the disc and the worn linings.
8. Clean the disc with a wire brush.
9. Lubricate the brake disc hub.
10. Install new linings on the brake disc.
11. Install the disc and the securing nuts.
12. Tighten the track idler adjusting bolts.
13. Tighten the track adjusting bolt nut.
14. Lower the machine on to the ground and release the parking brake.
15. Repeat steps 2 to 14 to replace the other brake lining set.
