1. Shoelace method:
- Tie one end of the shoelace to a sturdy object, such as a pole
or tree.
- Weave the other end through the gap between the door and frame.
- Once it reaches the lock, pull the lace to create tension.
2. String Method:
- Take a piece of sturdy string or floss.
- Thread it through the crack between the door and the
weather stripping, near the lock.
- Form a small loop at one end and slip it over the lock button.
- Pull the string with force to unlock the door.
3. Tennis Ball Method:
- Cut a small hole in a tennis ball.
- Place the ball over the car door lock.
- Quickly compress the ball to create a vacuum, which may pop the lock open.
4. Wedge Method:
- Use a slim jim, a plastic strip, or a sturdy, thin object like a credit card.
- Slide it between the door and the weather stripping, near the lock.
- Pry it up to disengage the locking mechanism.
5. Coathanger Method:
- Unbend the coat hanger to create a long, straight wire.
- Insert one end of the hanger through the gap between
the door and the weather stripping, near the bottom of the door.
- Manipulate the hanger to hook the lock button or lever, and pull it to unlock.
