How do you stop a Mitsubishi alarm from going off every time open the car?

Solution 1: Disengage the Factory Alarm System

1. Unlock the vehicle and open the driver’s door.

2. Turn the ignition to the “ON” position.

3. Locate the alarm control button on the side of the driver’s seat. It is usually a red button with an “alarm” symbol.

4. Press and hold the alarm control button for about five seconds. The alarm will sound for a few seconds, and then it will stop.

5. Turn off the ignition.

Solution 2: Deactivate the Hood Switch

The following steps will show you how to disable the hood switch of your Mitsubishi vehicle:

1. Open the hood of your vehicle.

2. Locate the hood switch on the side of the hood.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the hood switch.
