1. Park the tractor on a level surface and engage the parking brake. Make sure the tractor is in park and the parking brake is engaged.
2. Chock the rear wheels to prevent the tractor from rolling. Place a chock behind each rear wheel to prevent the tractor from rolling.
3. Raise the front of the tractor with a jack. Place the jack under the frame of the tractor, near the front axle. Raise the front of the tractor until the front wheels are off the ground.
4. Support the tractor with jack stands. Place the jack stands under the frame of the tractor, near the front wheels. Lower the tractor until the jack stands are supporting the weight of the tractor.
5. Loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels. Use the lug wrench to loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels. Do not remove the lug nuts completely.
6. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry off the hubcaps (if applicable). If your John Deere 345 has hubcaps, use a flathead screwdriver to pry them off. Be careful not to damage the hubcaps.
7. Remove the lug nuts and take off the front wheels. Use the lug wrench to remove the lug nuts and take off the front wheels.
8. Place the replacement tires on the front wheels. Place the replacement tires on the front wheels and hand-tighten the lug nuts.
9. Lower the tractor to the ground. Use the jack to lower the tractor to the ground.
10. Tighten the lug nuts with the lug wrench. Tighten the lug nuts with the lug wrench in a star pattern.
11. Replace the hubcaps (if applicable). If you removed the hubcaps, replace them now.
12. Remove the jack stands and chocks. Remove the jack stands and chocks from under the tractor.
