1. Open the driver's door to make the dome light come on.
2. Kneel down and pull the carpet back away from the bottom of the dashboard.
3. Locate the black 20-pin connector for the alarm system just above the emergency brake pedal.
4. Press and hold the two pins of pin 12 and 13 in the connector for 10 seconds.
5. Release the pins and turn the key to run. The alarm should stop.
6. Turn the key off and remove it from the ignition.
7. Tuck the carpet back into place.
