How do you remove a manual window crank from the front door panel on 2001 Pontiac Sunfire?

1. Remove the door panel.

- Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screws that hold the door panel in place.

- There are typically two or three screws located around the perimeter of the door panel.

- On the 2001 Pontiac Sunfire, there are two screws: one located behind the door handle, and the other located near the bottom of the door panel.

- Once you remove these three screws, gently pry the door panel away from the door.

- It may be necessary to use a pry tool or a flat-head screwdriver to help pry the door panel loose.

2. Remove the window regulator assembly.

- Once you remove the door panel, you will see the window regulator assembly.

- The window regulator assembly is held in place by three or four bolts.

- Use a wrench to loosen the bolts and remove the window regulator assembly.

- On the 2001 Pontiac Sunfire, there are four bolts that hold the window regulator assembly in place.

3. Remove the window crank.

- Disconnect the window crank from window regulator assembly.

- Remove the bolts or nuts holding the window crank to the door.

- Turn the crank counterclockwise to remove it.
