1. Pull the key out of the ignition switch.
2. Open the hood.
3. Connect a jumper cable from the negative battery terminal to the ground terminal.
4. Leave the jumper cable connected for 30 seconds.
5. Remove the jumper cable.
6. Start the car.
Additional tips:
- If you have a keyless entry, you may need to reset your key fobs after you have reset the computer.
- You may also need to reset the power windows after you have reset the computer.
