* Jack and jack stands
* Lug wrench
* Phillips head screwdriver
* Flat head screwdriver
* 1/2-inch drive socket set with a 15/16-inch socket
* 7/16-inch socket
* 3/8-inch drive ratchet
Instructions:
1. Park the Ramcharger on a level surface and set the parking brake.
2. Loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels just enough to break them free.
3. Jack up the front of the Ramcharger and place the jack stands under the frame.
4. Remove the lug nuts and wheels.
5. Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws holding the caliper to the steering knuckle.
6. Slide the caliper off the rotor.
7. Use a 15/16-inch socket to remove the two bolts holding the rotor to the hub.
8. Remove the rotor.
To reinstall the rotor, follow these steps in reverse order:
1. Install the new rotor onto the hub.
2. Install the two bolts to hold the rotor to the hub.
3. Slide the caliper over the rotor.
4. Install the two screws to hold the caliper to the steering knuckle.
5. Install the wheels and lug nuts.
6. Lower the Ramcharger from the jack stands.
