1. Make sure the garage door is closed and the vehicle is parked in front of it.
2. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position, but do not start the engine.
3. Press and hold the "Remote" button on the garage door opener for 3 seconds.
4. The garage door opener light will flash and the vehicle's horn will chirp once.
5. Press and hold the "1" or "2" button on the garage door opener for 3 seconds.
6. The garage door opener light will flash and the vehicle's horn will chirp twice.
7. The garage door opener is now programmed to the vehicle.
To test the programming, press the "1" or "2" button on the garage door opener. The garage door should open or close.
Note: If the vehicle's horn does not chirp, the programming was not successful. Repeat steps 3-7.
