How do you replace low beam head light for Nissan altima 2005?

Tools and Materials Needed:

- Replacement low beam headlight bulb (H11 type)

- Phillips-head screwdriver

- Flat-head screwdriver

- Flashlight

- Gloves

Instructions:

1. Park your car in a safe location and turn off the engine.

Make sure the parking brake is engaged.

2. Open the hood of your car.

Refer to your car's owner's manual for instructions on how to do this.

3. Locate the low beam headlight assembly.

It is usually located behind the front bumper, on the side of the engine bay.

4. Remove the cover of the low beam headlight assembly.

There may be a few screws or clips that hold the cover in place. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver or a flat-head screwdriver to remove them.

5. Remove the old low beam headlight bulb.

Twist the bulb counterclockwise to remove it from the socket. Be careful not to drop the bulb.

6. Install the new low beam headlight bulb.

Insert the new bulb into the socket and turn it clockwise to secure it.

7. Replace the cover of the low beam headlight assembly.

Secure the cover with the screws or clips that you removed earlier.

8. Close the hood of your car.

9. Turn on the headlights and test the new low beam bulb.

Make sure the bulb is working properly before you drive your car.
