1. Turn off the radio. Press the power button on the front of the radio to turn it off.
2. Press and hold the "AM/FM" button. With the radio turned off, press and hold the "AM/FM" button on the front of the radio.
3. Turn the radio back on. While holding the "AM/FM" button, turn the radio back on.
4. Release the "AM/FM" button. After the radio has turned on, release the "AM/FM" button.
The radio should now be reset and the "error" message should be cleared. If the error message persists, you may need to take your vehicle to a Nissan dealer for further assistance.
