Park the car on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
Loosen the lug nuts on the rear wheels, but do not remove them completely.
Jack up the rear of the car until the affected wheel is off the ground.
Remove the lug nuts and take off the wheel.
Locate the brake caliper and remove the two bolts holding it in place.
Remove the old brake pads from the caliper.
Clean the caliper and rotor with brake cleaner.
Apply a thin layer of brake grease to the back of the new brake pads.
Insert the new brake pads into the caliper and reinstall the caliper bolts.
Reinstall the wheel and lug nuts.
Repeat steps 5-9 for the other rear wheel.
Test the brakes by applying gentle pressure to the pedal before driving the car.
