Instructions:
1. Park your car in a safe and well-lit area. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down. Engage the parking brake.
2. Open the hood of your car. Locate the headlight assembly that you need to replace. The headlights are located behind the plastic covers at the front of your car.
3. Remove the headlight cover. There are two screws that hold the cover in place. Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screws. Once the screws are removed, you can pull the cover off by hand.
4. Remove the old headlight bulb. The headlight bulb is held in place by a metal clip. Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the clip loose. Be careful not to drop the clip. Once the clip is loose, you can pull the old headlight bulb out of its socket.
5. Install the new headlight bulb. Insert the new headlight bulb into the socket. Make sure that the bulb is properly seated. Push the metal clip back into place to secure the bulb.
6. Replace the headlight cover. Reinstall the headlight cover and secure it with the screws.
7. Test the new headlight. Turn on your headlights and make sure that they are working properly.
8. Close the hood of your car. You are now finished replacing the headlight on your 99 Honda Accord.
