1. Park the vehicle and turn off the engine. This is important for safety reasons, as you will be working near the windshield and don't want the blades to accidentally swing down and hit you.
2. Lift the wiper arm away from the windshield. There is a small tab or release button on the wiper arm that you need to press or slide in order to release it from the windshield.
3. Pull the old wiper blade straight out of the wiper arm. It is attached with a simple hook-and-slot mechanism, so it should come off easily.
4. Insert the new wiper blade into the wiper arm. Make sure the hook-and-slot mechanism is engaged properly.
5. Push the wiper arm back down onto the windshield.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 for the other wiper blade.
Here are some additional tips for replacing wiper blades:
* If the old wiper blades are very worn or damaged, they may be difficult to remove. You can try using a WD-40 or similar penetrating oil to loosen them up.
* Be careful not to drop the wiper blades on the windshield, as they could cause damage.
* If you have any questions or concerns, consult your vehicle's owner's manual or a qualified mechanic.
