How to reset the alarm on a 1999 Honda Odyssey?

1. Sit in the driver’s seat and close all of the doors.

2. While depressing the brake pedal, turn the ignition key to the ON position.

3. Immediately turn the ignition key to the OFF position.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 twice more (for a total of 3 times)

5. On the third turn, leave the ignition in the ON position and do not press the brake pedal.

6. Within 10 seconds, press and hold the SELECT/RESET button on the dash until you hear a chime (after about 10 seconds)

7. Release the SELECT/RESET button.

8. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.

9. Open the driver's door, and the door ajar chime should sound.
