How do you remove the Turn signal lever on a 2000 silverado?

1. Turn the steering wheel until the turn signal lever is in the neutral position.

2. Use a small flat-head screwdriver to pry open the tab at the base of the turn signal lever.

3. Once the tab is open, gently pull the turn signal lever straight out of the steering column.

4. If the turn signal lever is still stuck, you may need to use a pair of pliers to gently pry it loose.

5. Be careful not to damage the steering column or the turn signal lever when removing it.

To reinstall the turn signal lever, simply insert it into the steering column and press down until the tab clicks into place.
