1. Prepare your tools and materials. You will need:
* A Phillips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A pair of pliers
* A new pair of speakers that are compatible with your car
* Speaker wire
* Electrical tape
2. Remove the rear seat. The rear seat is held in place by four bolts. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the bolts, then lift the seat up and out of the car.
3. Locate the rear speakers. The rear speakers are located in the rear deck of the car. They are covered by a plastic panel that is held in place by several screws. Use the Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws, then remove the panel to expose the speakers.
4. Disconnect the speaker wires. Use the pliers to disconnect the speaker wires from the speakers. Be careful not to damage the wires.
5. Remove the old speakers. Use the flat head screwdriver to pry the old speakers out of the brackets.
6. Install the new speakers. Place the new speakers in the brackets and secure them with the screws that came with the speakers.
7. Connect the speaker wires. Connect the speaker wires to the new speakers. Be sure to match the positive (+) wire to the positive (+) terminal on the speaker, and the negative (-) wire to the negative (-) terminal on the speaker.
8. Replace the plastic panel. Replace the plastic panel that covers the speakers and secure it with the screws that you removed earlier.
9. Reinstall the rear seat. Lift the rear seat back into place and secure it with the four bolts that you removed earlier.
10. Test the speakers. Turn on the radio and test the speakers to make sure that they are working properly.
