1. Open the glove compartment and remove its contents.
2. On the left-hand side of the glove compartment, locate the cabin air filter cover.
3. Press the plastic clip on the cover and release it. Then pull the cover toward you. Remove the cover completely by detaching it from the left side and lifting it.
4. Pull the old filter straight out of the housing.
5. Vacuum the housing using vacuum cleaner hose attachment to ensure any filter residue or dirt comes loose before inserting the new air filter.
6. Insert the new filter into the housing with the arrow on the filter pointing inward, towards the passenger compartment.
7. Reattach the cover by inserting the two clips into the designated openings. Close the glove compartment.
