1. Gather the necessary tools and parts. You will need a flat-head screwdriver, a Phillips-head screwdriver, and a new rear wiper arm.
2. Park the car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
3. Open the rear hatch and locate the rear wiper arm. It is located on the driver's side of the rear window.
4. Use the flat-head screwdriver to pry off the cap at the base of the wiper arm.
5. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the wiper arm in place.
6. Lift the wiper arm off the splined shaft.
7. Slide the new wiper arm onto the splined shaft and secure it with the two screws.
8. Replace the cap at the base of the wiper arm.
9. Test the wiper arm to make sure it is working properly.
