Instructions:
1. Park your car in a safe location and turn off the engine. Allow it to cool down completely. Engage the parking brake and chock the wheels.
2. Raise the front of the car using a jack and place jack stands under the designated jack points. Ensure the vehicle is stable before proceeding.
3. Locate the transmission bell housing under the car. It is typically held in place by several bolts. Remove these bolts using the appropriate socket size.
4. Once the transmission bell housing is removed, you can access the clutch assembly. The clutch disc is located between the flywheel and the pressure plate.
5. Use a pry bar to separate the clutch disc from the flywheel and the pressure plate. Be careful not to damage the flywheel or the pressure plate.
6. Remove the old clutch disc and inspect it for wear or damage. If the clutch disc is worn or damaged, replace it with a new one.
7. Install the new clutch disc onto the flywheel, ensuring that it is properly seated.
8. Reattach the pressure plate and secure it with the bolts you removed earlier. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
9. Reinstall the transmission bell housing and secure it with the bolts you removed earlier. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
10. Refill the transmission fluid to the proper level.
11. Lower the vehicle from the jack stands and jack. Start the engine and test the clutch to ensure proper operation.
