How do you remove rear door handle on 2012 passat?

1. Use a trim removal tool to pry up the window switch panel.
2. Remove the two screws behind the window switch panel.
3. Pull the door panel straight up to remove it.

2. Disconnect the door handle cable.

1. Locate the door handle cable at the bottom of the door handle.
2. Press down on the release tab and pull the cable out of the handle.

3. Remove the two bolts holding the door handle in place.

1. Locate the two bolts at the back of the door handle.
2. Use a socket wrench to remove the bolts.

4. Pull the door handle out of the door.

1. Once the bolts are removed, you can pull the door handle straight out of the door.
