The Harley 2004 FLHTIUCi (Ultra Classic Electra Glide) starter relay location is behind the right side cover under the seat.

To access the starter relay, you will need to:

• Remove the right side cover.

• Locate the black cover with a red button on the top.

• Remove the cover by pulling it straight up.

• Disconnect the relay connector by gently grasping it with your fingers.

• Once disconnected, you can now access the starter relay.
