* A timing light
* A socket wrench set
* A flat-head screwdriver
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the distributor cap.
3. Locate the timing mark on the crankshaft pulley.
4. With a timing light, point it at the timing mark on the crankshaft pulley.
5. Start the engine and let it idle.
6. Rotate the distributor until the timing light flashes at the timing mark on the crankshaft pulley.
7. Tighten the distributor hold-down bolt and re-attach the distributor cap.
8. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
Your timing is now set.
