Here's how to do it:
1. Go to the DVLA website: https://www.gov.uk/dvla
2. Under the "Vehicle Information" section, click on "Get vehicle information from DVLA."
3. Enter the vehicle registration number in the "Vehicle registration" field and leave the "Document reference number" field blank.
4. Click on the "Continue" button.
5. You will be presented with the vehicle's details, including the name and address of the registered keeper (vehicle owner).
