In Wisconsin how long do you have to return a car?

Wisconsin law allows consumers to cancel a motor vehicle purchase contract within three business days of signing the contract. The three-day cooling-off period begins on the day after the consumer signs the contract. If a consumer cancels a contract, the dealer must refund all payments made by the consumer, including the down payment, taxes, and fees. The consumer must return the vehicle to the dealer in substantially the same condition as it was when the consumer took possession of it.
