How do you start your car after it stalls in water?

You should never attempt to start your car after it has stalled in water. Doing so could cause serious damage to the engine and other components of the vehicle. If your car stalls in water, get out of the car and call for help. Do not attempt to start the car until it has been thoroughly dried out by a qualified mechanic.
