To Remove the Door Panel on a Mazda 5, follow these steps:

Tools Needed:

- Phillips-head screwdriver

- Pry tool or flat-head screwdriver

- 10mm socket and ratchet

Instructions:

1. Remove the Door Lock Knob:

- Insert the flat-head screwdriver or pry tool into the small slot located at the base of the door lock knob.

- Gently pry the knob off the door panel.

2. Remove the Window Control Panel:

- Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the two screws that secure the window control panel in place.

3. Disconnect the Electrical Connectors:

- Locate the electrical connectors behind the window control panel.

- Press the locking tabs on the connectors and disconnect them.

4. Remove the Door Panel Screws:

- Locate the screws that hold the door panel to the door frame.

- Use a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove these screws.

5. Remove the Door Panel:

- Use the pry tool or flat-head screwdriver to carefully pry the door panel away from the door frame.

- Start from the bottom of the panel and work your way up.

- Be careful not to damage the door panel or the door frame.

6. Disconnect the Speaker Wiring (if applicable):

- If the door panel has a speaker, you may need to disconnect the speaker wiring before completely removing the panel.

- Locate the speaker connector and press the locking tab to disconnect it.

7. Remove the Door Panel:

- Once all the screws are removed and the wiring is disconnected, you can lift the door panel off the door frame.

8. Reinstall the Door Panel:

- To reinstall the door panel, simply follow the steps in reverse.

- Make sure to reconnect the electrical connectors and secure the screws properly.
