1. Open the glove box and locate the two screws holding the latch in place.
2. Remove the screws using a Phillips head screwdriver.
3. Pull the latch out of the glove box.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector on the latch.
5. Compare the old latch to the new one to make sure they are the same.
6. If they are the same, install the new latch by inserting it into the glove box and securing it with the two screws you removed in step 1.
7. Connect the electrical connector to the latch.
8. Open and close the glove box a few times to make sure the latch is working properly.
Tips:
*You may want to use a small flashlight or headlamp to help see inside the glove box when removing and installing the latch.*
*If you drop a screw into the glove box, you can retrieve it using a magnet attached to a screwdriver*
