If the dealership has failed to provide the buyers guide as required by law, the customers have 36 days to rescind the sale contract.
Buyers must return the vehicle to the dealer and make a written demand to cancel the contract.
Dealers must then refund all of the buyer's money, including the down payment and any finance and insurance charges.
Buyers are not entitled to a refund for any repairs or maintenance completed on the vehicle after it was purchased.
